Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility & Return Period

  • You may request a return within 7 working days from the date your order is delivered.
    • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, or

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us before sending anything back. Please reach out via email or WhatsApp with:
    • Your order number
    • A photo or video showing the issue or packaging condition
  2. We'll notify you through email or WhatsApp with the return instructions and address.
  3. Pack the litter securely in its original box. Affix the RA clearly on the outside.
  4. Ship the return within 5 working days after receiving our return instructions.
  5. Please share the tracking number once shipped.

3. Conditions for Return

  • Unopened products (sealed) in original condition: full refund.
  • Opened/unsealed products: partial refund (e.g. 90%) only if defective. Otherwise, no refund.
  • Products returned must be unused, undamaged by customer and in original packaging.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the return
  • Refunds are processed via your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable except when the wrong product was sent by us.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days.
  • Customer pays for return shipping; we’ll ship out your replacement item once we confirm receipt.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product that has been opened/used without defect.
  • Products returned after 7 days without prior approval.
  • Items purchased during clearance/sale (unless defective).

7. Defective or Wrong Items

  • If litter arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, contact us within 3 working days of delivery.
  • We’ll cover return postage. Upon verification, we’ll either:
    1. Replace with correct/undamaged product at no extra cost, or
    2. Issue a full refund including original shipping.

8. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before we ship it.
  • Once shipped, normal return process applies (must meet eligibility).
